Search warrants were served at two locations in Phelan by a San Bernardino County Sheriff's Marijuana Eradication Team this morning. One location yielded 300 plants and the other 100 plants.
Both locations featured sophisticated indoor growing systems. The larger system located in the 6000 block of Buckthorne Road also had a drying room for the mature plants that were three feet tall.
The team estimated the value of the larger grow to be more than $1 million.
One unidentified male suspect was found to be hiding in the attic of the home and was arrested.
No suspects were found at the smaller grow in the 12600 block of Atsina Road.
