Mites while drying

I mentioned this in another thread, but because i could only find one other post from 2007 that addresses this, i figured it deserves its own thread.

The problem is simple. I had mites, but i got them under control. Then i harvested and budwashed. All looks fine until i check 24 hours later and see this:

What do I do? Wash it again? Just wait for the mites to leave? Throw away my buds?

Do people even sell buds that had mites on them? Is this a normal problem to have?

Yes u can was again

I'd use like 1t of the 35% h202 in a 5 gal, or even 1-1/2t

But not sure it's gunna get em all out

Sucks bud

I did the math and apparently i need 8 tablespoons to get to the same ratio. Here is my math (copied from another thread):
  • I am using 20liter buckets (slightly more than 5 gallon)
  • If I split it into 1:4 parts, then 1 part = 4 liters
  • If 3% of the 4 liters is h202, then there is 120 mls of h202 in there
  • To get the same with 50%, I would need to use 16.6 times less, which means 4000 mls / 16.6 = 240 ml.
So if I do 240 ml 50% h202, and 19760 ml water, then it means 50% of the 240 ml is h202, which means a total of 120mls is h202. A tablespoon is 15 ml, so it would mean exactly 8 tablespoons of the 50% with +-19.5 liters? Does that sound right?
