Hello, I have been seeing more and more people asking about molasses and adding it to your medium (soil). My question is when do you start using molasses and how often do you use it? Do you add the molasses to a gallon of water? How much is recommended? Thanks in advance...

I use it at one tablespoon per gallon of water, and I just add it to my nute feedings.

it provides some micro-nutrients to the plant, but mostly what it does is help feed the beneficial bacteria in the soil, so you can start using it early in the grow.

I guess some growers also believe that it adds flavor to the finished product, but I have no idea about that.

Cool thanks for the info. So if you use it only when you feed nutes, in my case every other watering, would you say to start using the molasses the same time you start to feed nutes? I didnt start using nutes until about a month into it b/c of the FF soil. Thanks again

Yes, you can start using it when you start feeding nutes at every other watering.
