Mold In Hydroponic Growing Container

Hello, I started two auto-flowering (Kush and Jock Horror) plants a month ago in a 3' hydroponic grow box. I forgot to cover the cut-outs not used (there were no net pots in those spaces). As the plants started growing, leaves started turning brown, and I thought the grow box was too hot (95+ degrees), so they were transferred to a 5' grow tent. When I went to clean out the container in the grow box, there are spots on the container where mold started to grow.

Considering they have been in a container where mold was growing for the last two weeks, should these plants be thrown out? I've searched the internet, but only find posts regarding mold on the actual plants, not in the container -- and I don't think these leaves have mold.

Does anyone have an opinion on whether these little plants should be thrown out or if they will be safe to harvest in the next few months? Thanks for any advice.
