Mother/Clone Cab Lighting

I'm in the early stages of putting together a Mother/Clone cab that will feed two separate flowering units. I'm undecided about the lighting for the Mother area though. The cab is 72"h x 36"w x 18"d, a metal two-door.

Of course looking to keep operating cost down I have narrowed the possibilities to flouro tubes or cfl's, but would really appreciate some successful experienced opinions as to which and how much of each would be best. I plan to keep 2 moms. The interior will be lined with panda.

Thanks TheWeed! I should have ferreted that out for myself but am pretty new to navigating forums. That CFL tutorial was the bees knees and I learned greatly from it. Again... I'm grateful.
