Moving seedlings outdoors

My seedlings are growing in a closet, under CFL's with a fan blowing on them. The light is set on a 18/6 timer and are about a week old. They are Blue Mammoth Autos. When should I move the out onto the balcony? Or should I leave them inside as they are growing now? Should I change the light schedule?

You can do it now actually, but beware. Once they start to struggle with transpiration rate outdoor, they might wither quickly. Start with moderate sun exposure, and then give them full one after 2-3 days.
