Haha .. the lasagna pans are still in the veg/clone room i made. But that room has been off since i've moved the ladies into the main tent. Im questioning whether Im going to do another grow right after this one is finished. I plan on moving soon, and i'd hate to do that mid grow. So for now i may end with this grow til im situated.
Only time will tell ya kno.. anyway my bad for ramblin in your thrread lol :focus:

Hey man nice plants, they look very healthy and robust. Id say you are a good 2 or 3 weeks ahead of me. Treat that widow well I would very much like to see her finish out.

Thanks, today is day 31 from the first day of germination. They are looking a lot better today but I dont know why since I changed 3 things. I lowered the temp to about 69 from about 74. I raised the light about 3 inches, and I improved the amount of air being displaced.

The WW is still small compared to the others and I think I might stop the lst job on the WW so it can grow to be about the same height as the others. I'm not too heartbroken over it since I still have 4 WW seeds for the next grow.

Are you growing WW too? Do you have a journal going yet?

so basically you have it like this


Fan-Ducting-Hood-ducting-Carbon filter

I do think they're might be more efficient ways to arrange your ventilation. Im not critiquing(however u spell it lol), more jus tryna help.

Have you tried leaving the hood with both openings in stovetop positiion and just attach the carbon filter to the fan and cool the entire tent? Also the hood is a very good hood in terms of heat dissepation. You could also run some ducting in and out with a cheap ductbooster. The 6" ones move 171 cfm(although they advertise em as 250 lol) and would cool that hood quite easily. Then you could use your fan & carbon filter for the tent.
Honestly, i think you could pull of your grow with the way its set up, but maybe you could try a few different configurations to see which worked best for you while keeping your temps and humidity in ideal conditions, ya kno?

I havent set it up 100% because I have to find a way to hang it at the top of the tent vertically. I think once I raise the filter to the top it will exhaust enough hot air that a inline duct fan would not be necessary. I agree that this is more efficient and how I will be doing this the rest of the grow.

I finally got around the other day to hanging up the filter for max efficiency.
I can feel a little more air coming out of the vent upstairs but besides that I dont notice much change in anything.

I decided to do some EXPERIMENTING on the Bubbleiscious that I planned on getting rid of due to space. I thought well since it still may be pushed to the side its stll growing well so I Topped it just to see how it looks.

Heres a shot of the Kandy Kush x Skunk. All 3 have been impressive all grow but they are loving the LST work being done to them. Kinky little girls. I know it need some extra fertilizer on the next watering with nutes as all 3 KK x S plants are looking a bit on the lighter green side.

Thanks for everyone who has been helping. I do appreciate it. But unfortunately its almost time to harvest so well have to part ways. Just kiddin - Give me a little more credit than that now folks.

FIRST OFF I AM NOT TAKING CREDIT FOR THIS DIAGRAM. WHEN I DID MY RESEARCH A WHILE BACK ON LST I REALLY LIKED THIS IDEA AND DECIDED TO GO WITH IT. I STARTED QUITE A BIT LATER THAN THEY DID BUT I DONT MIND VEGGING FOR A LITTLE LONGER.
THE REASON I MENTION I AM NOT TAKING CREDIT FOR THIS IS THAT THERE ARE DOZENS OF PEOPLE ON THIS AND OTHER SITES CLAIMING THEY MADE IT. SO WHOEVER DID ACTUALLY MAKE IT THANKS A LOT.

I try not to ask for help until I googled myself crazy, which I have done. I cant find much solid info on using nutes in 2 consecutive waterings. I need to add grow big to the 2 KKxS plants asap because it appears to be a N deficiency. I watered with about 3 quarts of water and 1/4 strength nutes 2 days ago. I was going to wait until tomorrow night to water again but I cant decide whether or not to add nutes to the water this time or wait another 3 days and do it then. I just dont want to slow the growth of the plants anymore than I already have. Any opinions or advice will be much appreciated.

Nah. Some ppl feed every watering. I've been doing that in bloom. What i've learned is that many of the "rules of growing" cant be followed religiously. Its more of whatever makes your ladies happy bro You could be feeding at recommended strenf and be overferting or could be going thru deficiencies. Jus watch your ladies response. If you feed them again and they like it then you didnt do anything wrong. I'd say try 1/2 strength and see how the ladies like it. Then a pure water then 1/2 strenf or even increase it if you like. Sometimes my feedings are nutes water nutes nutes water. sometimes its water water nutes. It depends on my ladies. If they are happy then its nutes water nutes water. too much nutes and i give them more water. not enough nutes and i give em nutes nutes water.

These bushy girls are growing at about an inch to half inch a day. I want to give my opinion on doing LST on plants. I think its a great time killer if you are one of those people that like to over tend to their plants. Being my first grow it keeps me busy for sure bending fan leaves and rearranging the ties. I watered with the 1/2 strength grow big yesterday so hopefully it will look better in the next couple days.

I just got my Fox Farms Solubles in the mail today and a gallon of big bloom. If anyone is reading this and is planning on using FF nutes a quart of big bloom is nowhere near enough.

I will be switching to my HPS bulb and will star flowering in approx 7 DAYS!!!!! I really want to work a bit more on LST and resolving any deficiencies before switching. Now I just have to figure out how to program that damn timer.

Here is my kandy kush X skunk thats recovering from a nitrogen deficiency but is still pretty big. The pic doesnt do her justice.

Here is a pic of the PPP's which have been growing shorter than the KKxS but its bushier which works well with LST.

Well for any of you that have been following my grow at all you have seen the many wonderful diagrams that I am sure you all love so here is some more diagram porn.

I wont be implementing this plan until after this grow is over, because I have to get some plumbing issues resolved in my basement before I can do another grow. I am just gonna get a smaller tent and a 400w light and use it for the veg chamber. Then buy a 4" inline fan to exhaust the tent.

I am only worried about using too much electricity on one outlet. I only have one grounded outlet and I have to use that same outlet for my TV and entertainment center that I use for my light and fan. So that would be a 46" lcd, surround sound, cable box, xbox, 6" inline fan, 2 600W lights all one one outlet.
