My 1st Grow Experiment

So I've decided to start my first grow. I have a cabinet that I have built myself. Total spaces 2 by 2 by 6. I'm currently using a 200 watt CFL with a nice hood. My plants are currently growing in Fox Farm ocean forest. I've just started using Fox Farm nutes. And I am about 2 weeks along. I've decided to start growing because I do not want the risk of buying on the black market. The plan is to be self sufficient just for my own head smoke. Since this is my first row I have not bought any seeds instead I have used the seeds I've saved among the years. I don't know what I'm going to end up with but if it does the job I'll be happy. If this first grow goes well I might think about buying seeds. I am kinda Leary as 2 how legal it would be. I will be posting pictures along the way and could use all the help that you guys could give me.

Here is my set-up in progress.

Checked in on the kids today. Can't believe how well they are doing with the nutes and new light. I will be transplanting them next weekend into larger pots, I'm afraid that they are too lanky. My thought was to bury the stem more and keep the leaves closer to the soil. Any thoughts? Suggestions are welcome.

Has anyone seem a purple stem before? I'm growing bag seed so would love to know what strand it could be.

Thanks for stopping in.... I made more room in the pots and they are sitting lower to the soil now.
I actually thought this thread was dead and made a new one. Here's the link.

Hey bro! Looking nice and Green - Id prob put that light a little closer as your babys have stretched a fair bit, just my opinion -

Happy to follow your progress though mate!

Totally agree. move that light closer, as they are stretching quite a bit. also might be a little young for nutes, but if they are not showing any signs of nute burn, keep doing what you are doing!

How did this grow turn out?

We would love to be updated with some pictures and info!

How about posting a 420 Strain Review?
