My clones are wilting

Bought 2 clones at dispensary. Neither has a root yet, two days later they both wilted. I have them under a humidity dome. Why did they do this?

What sort of lights are you using and how far away are they?

I've had this problem alot with cloning sometimes and i've learnt not to put my clones under direct light for the first few days or so

Thats interesting that the dispensary would sell a clone without roots.. usually they wilt the first day after the cut then come back, other then that, maybe spray the humidity dome down to make sure its at a high humidity

You didn't have to pay for these did you?
They shouldn't be selling clones without roots.
