My First Attempt at Fluxing Featuring SSH - OG Kush - GH Cheese - Blue OG - HID 600W

Hello 420, I am currently attempting the method of training known to us as Fluxing. 4 plants, 400w MH/600w HPS.
The plants are 4 weeks old from germination, in a compost/perlite/vermiculite mix and have been topped twice.
I won't be updating this thread as often as prior journals, but once a week. Here are a few pics of them before and after defol. The SSH is starting to get very smelly.
