My Leaves are Taco'ing?

Hello fellow gardeners,
I am having some concern with my plant.. She has been in Veg a few weeks and I saw some of the nice fan leaves are curling/folding on the serrated side portions. A subtle bit of wrinkling where they curl/fold.
I have since made some adjustments to lower the temps and took the plant further away from the canopy.
Any Ideas of what is happening here?

I will give her a good flush then, thank you. she is definitely rich in nitrogen, this plant exploded in all directions, my biggest plant easily.
