My leaves turning to yellow

Hello guys, today when i wanted to water my plants i released .. some leaves turned into yellow, i don't know why that happened, can anyone help me please? can anyone tell me what nutrients and pH should i use? here is some pictures:

No i don't use any nutrients, can you tell me how much water should i give them? and every when? i mean every day should i water them or 2 days?

hi mate, im not sure from the pics cos i cant see em that well.. Also are you using lights or sun? It looks like burn from lighting, if thats not the issue.. What is your soil made from, is it a potting mix, does it have nutes in it?? The seedlings dont need nutes at this stage, a good soil to grow in, water, heat and light is all they need. Once a little bigger sure, half strength nutes here n there will be ok.
You dont want to drown your plants, holes in bottoms of cups, once soils basically dry, water again.. Move em into bigger pots once theyve got bit more growth on em..

Thanks for the answer guys, yea i am using sun light, because i think its better, but the sun light is around 30-35C is that a problem? should i move my plants to my house inside? witch is around 25-28C.
