My Perpetual Foursome

Looking pretty close. Have you tried the Bud Washing yet ? I'm trying it tonight. Hope all goes well as I see people are doing it different ways. Hope Doc Buds replies in the next couple hours so I can follow his method.
Yeah I washed a few buds on my last grow. There were just too many buds overall though so I gave up. Was taking too long. It kind of made a difference in the buds I washed. I doubt I'll continue to do it just takes too long if you have a lot of weed to trim. If you have smaller yields or more patience than me it might be worth it. I just don't have the energy to add that extra few steps to every bud. I think my grow space is pretty clean. I know some ppl let their animals alike cats in their grow room I think they're nuts. But I hate cats.

I just finished Harvesting & Bud Washing the Gorilla Girl this morning. I saved about 15% of the plant without washing it to compare & see if I can tell any difference. Yeah, it added a good 2 hours to harvesting & that's just 1 plant. Too much work for the grows you're doing. Have to pre-trim the Afghan tomorrow as she goes to Dark Period Monday morning. Time to update my journal with the Harvest Pics so catch ya later !!!

Potential bud rot? Wierd color pattern. Only so on the plant like this. I'm gonna monitor it for sure. My humidity has been higher than usual lately..

She looks a bit funky, doesn't look like the pics I've seen of budrot.
Bulked out nicely there tho :)

It does look like Bud rot to me but can't see for sure from those pictures.
How about these. I think she's gonna be alright. I'm doubting the rot. But if it starts looking like it's spreading I'll cut it out.got a fan pointed on her. Rest of plant beautiful.

I had another look at your pictures on my computer this time instead of my phone to get a better look and I am pretty sure that's what you got.:(
Yeah I actually agree. I turned my fans up, did some defol. Gonna drop the humidity and hope it's not widespread. Also gonna look at harvesting the 710 diesel. That will lower it a bit. Thanks for the help

I definitely know about proper rh but sometimes there's not much you can do I live in a sub tropical environment and it's almost summer. So far it seems very localized. I did some surgery. 100% bud rot. Luckily the rest of her looks good for now. She smells like Skittles. I have so much bud here I could lose the whole plant and I'd be fine. This is why we grow multiple plants. And clones. :) Nofrowns here

Edit: ironically the humidity is so high BECAUSE I have so much wet soil and foliage in here (less plants next grow, 3+clones in possibly 5gallon pots).

That's a shame bro
As you say it's all part of growing and as long as you get enough out your grow it's not a disaster.
As you say we can try our best to manipulate the environment but it's not always possible to keep it on point.

The only way I could 100% control this environment is if I stuck a mini a/c in there and that's not possible in my current situation. Don't be sad, I learned a lesson here. Humidity is not a joke. Now I have a bud rot story.

Just prodded around inside my largest colas and no new signs of the rot. The amnesia haze is looking beautiful no signs of rot. I may have gotten lucky but I know the spores are airborne so I really wanna start harvesting soon 710 diesel:
