My Purple Critical

Hi guys well i decided its time to clean up a few critical that are ready to harvest This is the first time with this strain so i never seen buds this color before not much sugar . they say this plant can hold up to 27 percent THC I DOUGHT IT Anyways anyone else played with this strain before

nope nothing at all but theres no sugars very litle of it made hash with it

Any advice on this particular strain? I’m a first time grower growing this strain...

Hm its an interesting plant it doesn't really like food it grows ok. for the sugar of the plant ill give it a 3 only for the high it wasn't there. I suggest to keep these plants on a strict ph level. The lights 600 then up to 1000 in flower they will take off nicely. I used cyco platinum as nutrients and they grew great. This auto plant is add seed let them go watch them turn to flower in no time wild colours. I didn't understand the lack of sugar and why the buds were not hard and tight. Not sticky very little stickiness the colours are nice as you can see. The next time I grow these I will use advance combo and promix. I don't recommend coco. They need air lots of fresh air bring your temp down to a good 20 degree c and try to maintain even when lights off. Stay away from humdity you will loose them BUD ROT. Easy plant to grow lack of sugar I dont know why? Good luck post pictures would like to see someone else grow these.

I seem to be right on track how was the yield amount ? And how long from seed to harvest ? I’ve been doing lst and they seem to respond good to staying flat and wide

It was 12 maybe 14 weeks total I dont remember the yield but it was good i had a few growing at the time and wasnt going for the yield but to see the growing aspect of this auto flower. I find this auto is a very nice colourful looking plant smell was not bad at all. I would like to be kept up to date with your grow to see your finish product. Even if its your first time this auto is an easy girl she is not to demanding but like I said don't over feed her she will quit right there. The next time I do this auto I will starve her from nutrients but keep the ph tight At night time I will bring temp down give her just litle colder water to see if she will produce more tri comes this is a defence maganism for her when it feels under threat she protects her self.
So by dropping the temp in water and dropping temp at night mite just do the trick to make her pore out more sugar. But don't do this. just go easy for the first time and watch her go. Then if you grow her again be hard on her and see what she will produce. your plants look ok keep it going

Will do,I’ve had mines in 24/0 in ffof and 5 weeks later haven’t fed here anything except a lil calimagic my run off is at a steady 6.7 I ph my tap water and check my run off . I’ll keep you updated thanks for the advice buddy

Hey bud thought I’d give u a quick update am in the beginning of week 9 and produced 2 very distinct pheno the quicker one seems just about ready for harvest and I will start the flush the slower one seems to now just hit her flower stretch and for a while I thought she wasn’t going to make it but seems to be pulling thru. As for sugar production I didn’t introduce any nute (advanced nutrien)ts until weeks 6and they seem to love it and are frosted in sugar here’s some pics. I want to see if I can push her until she swells up some more as she’s gaining weight quick but I am a bit nervous since it’s my first grow but I am keeping a close eye with a jewlers loupe

Also when you see your leave having some black on them it mite be a sight of lack of potash . This just me and what i can see in pictures. Were did you get the seeds from if i may ask? remember rinse out full cold water like 17 degrees just to give her that last choke to get the rest of the sugar from her remember its only trying to protect itself. Over all nice plants well done its your first go so theres always room to learn thumbs up cannygrow are they sticky .? dont forget big bud and bud candy if using advance. See i'm using micriow grow bloom bud candy potash and big bud .
show me when your ready to harvest lets see that purple critical colour i'm going to get more seeds and will do it again and will show you my steps will start next month with coco and Advance with 2 1000 watts double ended light ill start with 10 of them. Good job man and dont be afraid of the plant push her its just a weed

the leaves pointing down was me drying her out before I fed her the last time before flush I have been giving big bud and bud candy and she has really swelled up. The seeds are from growers choice seeds and I got two very distinct pheno one is about three weeks behind the other although they were popped together. I just started my next seeds from mephisto some ghost toof and sour stomper, I learned a lot this first grow can’t waiting to keep the momentum going ....

@K.puff&stuff she is very sticky and although the smell isn’t ambient once you touch her and smell your finger she smells just like some fresh grape jelly

Ok that's were I got my seeds as well. Its is true that you may experience a plant that is slower then other but they do catch up.The smell yep mine had more of a bubble gum grape smell to it but its not bad at all. Show pictures of the final product yeild as well. And when your ready like the other one your trying to grow now remember what you did.
Thing to keep in mind is not all plants are equal what was good for species doesn't mean good for another. So keep a log on your critical what you did how you got to were you did. And do the same thing with your new grow. Then when you come to grow that same plant use your records fallow your rules and your good to go. If you change anything in that particular grow example moved to another grow room you will see something different you understand what I mean.
