Second journal here, I never put my last girls in the drink, so they finished in dirt. This time I'm ready for DWC. I will SCROG these two until I fill 50% of the screen then flip em. My clone guy says 3-4 weeks should be enough as my tent and screen are small. The screen will be 36"x18", the exact footprint of my tent. Anyway he is yielding a gram per watt, I'd be happy with half that haha. Also the third in dirt will be donated to my OG, as he wants to bush it out and clone for me so she will be out of here soon. Hopefully these will have a better life than my last girls did, as I have a plan and will be sticking to it throughout this grow

Day 5 and we have roots

Starting to see them grow, took pics thru my glasses, I feel like they are more clear. Ph is at 7, watered with Ph 6 and I feel like they preferred it. I will use some ph down at water change, and try to keep it closer to 6.

Day 17
Been in the screen since day 12. I have been seeing explosive growth in DWC. The dirt girl is still there for now, will probably keep under cfls. Haven't done anything to them, will probably change water today or tomorrow. So far hydro has been going easier, and better, than I expected.

Looking good, I'm running a very similar setup almost exactly the same down to the Amazon light.lol Right now I have 4 bag seeds growing I'm going to be sending to flower in the next few weeks. And I have some beans on the way this week. And will be starting them and I plan on doing a journal when that happens.

About 8-10in, the clones were pretty tall so I made the screen legs just taller than what the plant height was

Day 20
So today I changed water for the first time. I got scolded by my OG already, but like I told him, I've kep them topped off with fresh water. They also always looked green and leafy. I was just trying to get a pump cheaper than the $30 one I bought. Anyway really starting to see them grow into the screen. Will probably only veg another week, as the grower I got clones from says to expect them to double in flower. I will just flip em around 50% screen filled. Temps have been a lil lower lately, but not enough to matter

Day 23
Awesome growth since water change. Topped off today with Ph'd water, each needed almost a gallon. Will continue veg another week maybe. I have left the dirt one for now, will pull right before I flip, have been pushing it down beneath the screen lately. Have been thinking change lately, considering putting a third bucket resevoir and go RDWC. At the same time buying a cmh for flowering. Idk maybe its wishful thinking but for $140 I can add the cmh and from what I'm reading it will help with the density. My last grow I didn't feel like the buds were dense. I've looked at co2 and such, but I think the biggest factor in my weak yield was spectrum of light during flower. Any opinions or experience?
