Need advice about my mother plant

I got my mother plant about 3 weeks ago as a clone that wasn't in great shape to begin with. I started her out in a 6 inch pot and I now have her in a 5 gallon pot. Shes in a 4x8 tent with a 2 ft 2 bulb T5 and a 4 ft 3 bulb T8. This is my first time growing so this is all New to me. I have 10 practice clones that I took and just transplanted into soil and two seedlings that I will eventually use as mothers. So do I have enough light? Should she be growing quickly, because it seems like she's growing very slowly. She has New growth and looks healthy, but ultimately I just feel like I'm missing something. I had a 100% success rate with my clones and the seedlings are growing fast. I'm just unsure about my mother.

Mother= Blue Cheese
Clones=Blue Cheese
Seedling #1=Critical Kush
Seedlings #2=White Rhino
