Weve had a 3 days power outage last week. I saw it as a sign to put it on 12/12 lol so here it is starting to flower! And its huge! Could have had only that one and it could almost cover the 3x3 if I lst it one more time.

Id say about 20 days. Theyre autoflowers so I think flowering time is less than photos ?

Flowering times will be very similar to regular plants. The only difference is the start of flowering regardless of photo period.

Ok! And now what I do is I take out of the tent the one that needs to be on a 12/12 schedule but I find it a bit annoying to take it out and put it back in everyday so Im thinking about just put it all even the others on a 12/12. Would it affect the yield much?

No.. the tent I have is 3x3 and does have propagation rooms but only two sections that are 1x3x3

Well in the tent its 19/5. Outside would be 12/12. This light good enough for 1 plant?

19/5 is overkill on the lights, I’ve always run 18/6 with autos. It should be enough light for a single light.
