Need advice for my young plant

Dear all I decided to write to this forum because it seems I can’t solve the problem by myself.

I’ve planted some seeds ( indica hybrid) an the 15 of April I’ve trasplaned them in a proper container to start the veg phase.
As far as I remember I give them water with 1/3 of the recommenced dose of veg fertiliser but The 2nd of may I started noticing some discolouring. On the lower leaves as in the picture

I noticed that there is no calcium and magnesium in it so I supposed that even if I’m in the veg phase it could have been a ca mg deficiency because I was using not tap water but filtered water

I added the recommended dose to my water + 1/3 dose of fertiliser and I watered the plants.

But the situation after 2 days is worse than before

So now I do not have any clue about what is going on. The only idea I’ve is to transplant into a bigger pot with fresh new organic soil and to stop fertilising. ( the soil of the pot is a second hand dirt from my first grow)
The other plant, same strain is less worse but start yellowing.
The other two Sativas planted in different second hand soil ( dirt mixed with jiffy cilinder) are doing better.

Any help is really appreciated.

Thanks

I grow in hydro but it is possible your second use dirt is saturated with old unused salts from your previous grow?
Thats my first thought aswell mate. Looks like hot soil syndrome. Bit much nutes and bad pH.
Looks like she's hungry but at 1/3 strength she shouldn't be so pH and/or badly balanced media causing lock outs gets my vote.
Im not a soil grower iether though so wouldn't know how to fix it tbh.

Appears to be no drainage on pots used. Roots may be rotting
I suggest Repot with new soil or soiless mix and a pot with good drainage
Check roots before repoting
Lightly water amd wait until soil is almost dry before watering again.
See forum on watering on soil
Good luck

I’ve checked the roots. The soil was wasn’t soaked and the roots looked normal but they were filling almost the all space of the previous blue pots

My plan is to repot them again in 12 litres fabbric pots as soon as I discover wich one is a female. The goal is to have 4 females in 12 litres pots in a 1 x1 meters space.
