Need Advice on Curing

Ok guys so I live in Bermuda and Im planning on curing my harvest in my small apartment in a closet with the dimensions 4'X4'X6.5'. However Bermuda is notorious for having very high humidity percentages especially in spring/summer. I live in a very small apartment and it often gets humid inside even if i turn my ac off for like a half hour. If i hang my herb in this closet and keep the ac on for most of the day along with a fan constantly circulating the air would i be safe from mold? Also marijuana is very high risk here so i was wondering how bad 3-4 pounds would smell. I live right below my landlord . If anyone could give me any advice i would really appreciate it, I was also considering using the dry-ice method if anyone has ever tried that before.

Use a small fan and some dri-z-air to help lower the humidity. Going to be hard to control the smell for that amount though. If you have some way of venting the room out through a roof vent or chimney would be your best bet.

Exactly what weed 420 said, and after harvest keep it in plastic bag or glass jar
