Is it a pest, deficiency or , tiny little light burns ?
I haven't sprayed anything in a few weeks , but was having a high humidity issue for a bit, then added dehumidifier.
Ladies are about half done and this is the worst time to have issues .

I'm leaning towards cal deficiency - so I added some cal mag to my regular feed last night - but not certain it's the problem as this is the first time I saw this for the whole grow

You're right, it is a def. the reason isn't because you have been under feeding, you most likely have been over feeding. I'm guessing if you check the PH of the soil you're running 5.5ish. You need to get it up to 6.2 by flushing 5L of water through it per Gal of pot size. This will flush the salt buildup and stabilize your PH again. The dots won't go away, so after just watch that they don't keep worsening
