I'm still pretty new at this but I'll take a shot. I think it's phosphorus deficiency. Could be caused by you're powerful lighting. Heavy duty lighting causes the plants to use more phosphorus, at least that's what I was told on this site by someone a year ago. Let someone else chime in before you do anything.

Plants sometimes do that. They can all be from the same pack of seeds and all of them look different and act different.

Looks like she could use some CalMag to address that calcium deficiency.
