Need help picking light bulbs for auto

I agree, CFL is your best bet. I've grown some tasty buds with the cheapest of bulbs. How big is your area?
I used 4 23watt bulbs per fixture. 6500k for veg, and I would switch out 2 of those for 2700k during flower. Now I run all LEDs.
Whatever you do, please do not use 3500k cfls. In my experience the plants cannot use any of the light for whatever reason, likely the phosphor that manufacturers use to manipulate the spectrum... Great color temp for LEDs if you ever make the switch. A single 50w cob with top bin diodes will grow you a helluva plant.

I believe so, CFL~ they are not strong.
