Not much help as I've not done DWC. However your ph is at the higher end of the range so maybe drop that slightly. Could just be a little slower than the others in fattening up. She looks like she will. Is it getting the same amount of light as the other plants?

are both plants in one 11L bin or each plant has its own bin?

Welcome to the forum @Rubyin1125 :welcome:

im useing a kingled 1000w and both plants are in there own 11l bins
There's your problem, you need a real light...not trying to be rude :passitleft: but your most important investment, is lighting :thumb:

I've spent over $800 in lighting, and that's HIDs...If I had gone LEDs, it would be more like 6 grand

what lights would be best to start out with i was told to use kingled by my local hydroponic store
That's because , they sell them and make money when you come back for 6 more to finish your grow  ...

I went straight HPS for flower, they're cheap, but tried and true :thumb: you're not going to grow buds like this, with an LED :slide:

The cheaper LED lights aren't as efficient. Your light has an efficacy of 66 lm/W. That's a lot of energy lost to heat. Compared to the strips I've just built a light with that are 168 lm/W. That was a cheap build too. The light says 1000W but the actual power draw is 188W and by the looks of it a fair amount of that is lost. Have a look at something like the mars hydro TS1000. Good budget light.

but with HPS lights dont you need a whole ac unit to cool it
Not if you vent it to your attic, but, yes when it reaches over 100 F outside I have to run a window unit...but otherwise just my regular central air units with the bottom vents open to draw cold air in...you can barely see my duct work heading into the attic in this pic...my grow room stays a steady 72 F degrees on the floor, and 78 F on the ceiling of my room, unless I change it :thumb:
