Need some help with tulips

So, last year I rolled my first tulip with my baseball team and they are quickly becoming a party favorite in my town. Watching the doubters trying to hit it like a blunt on their first hit is always a good time. I just watched the Kottonmouth Kings- kings blend video and they had a couple tulips in there. Does anyone know how to make stems for the tulip like the ones in their video? They are wicked skinny, and much better looking than using a straw or something. Thanks.

check out laogrow420 on youtube. the way he makes his stem should allow you to customize how narrow or wide you want your mouth piece. he rolls the top piece of cardboard from a pack of king size papers, then wraps it with a paper to secure it.
