There is a new Americans for Safe Access Chapter that will hold its first meeting this Friday, July 31st at 7 p. m. It will will be held at the Academy of World Martial Arts at 1050 S Santa Fe Ave in Vista, CA 92084. Nearby cities Escondido & Oceanside have already passed medical marijuana moratoriums, meaning no coops or collectives! So the need for 'safe access' in Northern San Diego is crucial!
