New grow operation

Hello,
I am reaching out in several directions trying to gather intell on how to set up a small commercial grow operation. I will be building a brand new 24x40 building and want to maximize the space. Input anyone? Ready.. And... Go! Lol

I have thought of doing a 4ft corridor in the center and 8 10x10 rooms.... Or large veg and flower room using 4x8 tables and having 2 rooms at 1 end of building. 1 for propagation and cloning and the other for drying curing and packaging.

I'd say split 2 rooms close to the back for flower make them bigger then the other rooms so you can still make way around them but slam it full of plants two big tables with a foot an half in between (walk room) then leaving you with 2 veg rooms strictly an them make one for cloning an propagation an then lastly your trimming drying room if you do it about right your flower rooms should be at least one an half size of your other rooms correct me if I'm wrong but that'd be my layout in a jist
