So this is my first time growing inside ive grown bagseed plenty of times in the ground. So am i correct in assuming the cfl's can be used in the flowering stage as well or will i need different lights for the different spectrum for flowering ive been reading about. I was jw if anyone could get back and give me some advice cause im trying to get the best possible results of bud quality i can for my first time actually buying seeds to grow. Any help would be much appreciated

Blue spectrum 6500/6400k CFL for vegging or use Metal Halide/MH.

Red/orange spectrum 2700k CFL for flowering or use HPS (2100k).

You might be able to source a dual spectrum HPS or ceramic metal halide which does the same job as dual.

Some people prefer a mix of 2 red, 1 blue in flowering - the more the better. I believe if people to choose bulbs aviable from domestic market walmart/hardware/DIY stores you can pick up light bulb splitters e.g more bulbs in one socket.

Or you can purchase the gaint CFL bulbs E40 bayonet fittings from most hydroponic shops online etc
