New Grower: Open To Any Advice

So some good news . It would seem that the botanium (1st pic ) and shorty (second pic) is both female. Please confirm for me guys Haha...

That’s doesn’t mean anything, I think those are new branches coming in above the fan leaves. Those branches are what you will want to tie down rather then the fan leaves. Once their big enough that is.

And since #2 is the problem child and it’s in soil. I would maybe suggest giving her a good flush of clean right ph’d water about the same amount of water as the size of the pot (if that makes sense) let it dry out really well giving it a good dry cycle then hit her with water/nutes. That’s what I would do anyways :thumb:

I was talking about the pistils sticking out but it's hard to get them to show nicely on my camera

Good day my fellow growers !

Update :

Picture #1
So shorty is looking luscious... I must say since following the advice to repot she is doing so much better !

Picture #2
The growth of shorty is impressive. Since "fim'ing" ( I will admit I was hesitant ) she shows she is very healthy or well I presume . I'm not sure what to do with her wether I should use some LST methods or just let her go on her own...

Picture #3
From now one we shall name her ....Problem Child ....
So since it has started I have had issues but that would be rather due to my lack of knowledge and an abundance of enthusiasm Haha but hey I'm learning each day !
So here we see how it is reaching . However when I trimmed this one I am not sure what I did wrong but only one new node grew d the other stayed small . So she is crooked but it's just cause I want to keep it down cause I want more vegetation in the middle ...

Picture #4
Just a top view of Problem child ...

Picture #5
Close up ...

Picture #6
So here we have the botanium of which I was informed is a GDP seed... I have done some research a d have seen it looks a lil different so I am not sure ... so we can call her botanium for now ...

Picture #7
Ok so here is landscape view to show the LST I used . I am not sure if it is 100% but is cause I want it to fill up more before it reaches to high ...

Picture #8
Top view

Picture #9
Close up ... so here is those damn long spaces which annoys me Haha... hopefully she is still fine until the flowering is finished as she is rather full in that containers...

So in conclusion gents .... and ladies if ya'll here...

I'm happy so far for the very first time and with a total amount spend excluding the botanium would be R2300 which is $165 so I would say if the buds come out decent I'd say a job well done ...

My inspiration came from a friend that grew with only 2 sun visors and 2 flood lights in an open outside building ... they came out rather good and I had to try it . I do see the more you spend on lights and environment control you will be rewarded with amazing buds and if you keep it simple it's better...

Let me know what is my next step from here . Thanks !

So to initiate...in put into 12 hours of darkness a d replace lights with warm white LED but question is how many lumens? Currently there is 9500 lumens ... and the space is 600mm x 600mm

For the flower it is about 4500 lumens I have so far...

Switch the light timer to 12 hours on and 12 hours off, see what happens. If you have to add more light when the time comes then you can adjust accordingly. See I’m unsure about switching lights, because I’m growing with an led and it’s a full spectrum so I just switch my light timer and it’s flipped :thumb:

Will do it from 2m after I'm done with work

So hectic day so far . My lights did not come in on time and my gearbox idea was not working as good as I thought . I dont want any unnecessary fire hazards ....

So today its clean up and disinfecting . I'm preparing new soil mixture I just learned from the local nursery .

Cool story as I was taken to the back to see there single plant they growing just for the fun of it as its is still very new to being made legal to grow. So I sent him a book of 750 pages with all info needed and seemed to have made good impression.

So here is a picture of the girls outside the home. They are getting very bushy now although it has taken a while .
