Best guess on the stretch as seedlings, the 5k light has too little red in its spectrum. Lots of blue (5k) during veg is good, but they also need the red end of the spectrum to minimize the stretching. Too much blue during veg causes stretch and leggy plants, too much red with not enough blue makes for compact plants with little distance between the nodes.

Having too little light over all can also promote stretching.

As for your light, are you sure on the draw you listed? That would be a nearly 1200 watts. Most LED bulbs like you are describing and shows in your picture are not likely much over 10w.

From what I can see in your pics, they look healthy enough but need more light. During veg and using LEDs, 25w per square foot is a good number to work with and keep the light within 12” of the tops.

Just some thoughts on what I can see in your pics.

can you recommend any light bulbs I can go buy to help the light source

Just to give you an idea of light requirements, when I started 5 years ago, I knew nothing and money was tight so I used 13w CFLs at somewhere around 1000 lumins. 25 of them in a 3.5 foot square area.

Ah ok, so in a say 3 foot (1m) square area, you are going to want 15 to 20 13w CFLs to grow and you should at the very least paint the walls there a flat white to reflect as much light from the walls back onto the plants. And keep your lights within about 6 inches (150mm) from the tops.

You will need more light at flowering time.

During veg, shoot for about 2000 lumins per square foot and double that for flowering. Without a par meter, that is a good rough estimate
