I didn't say it wouldn't work just that it's not the best reflector material. Foil can create hot spots while flat white simply reflects all wavelengths of light.

No worries, marcus! Interesting idea, I've never thought to use paper before, if you do, I would only use LEDs or CFL bulbs, not HID lights and make sure there is plenty of clearance between the bulbs and the paper for safety reasons.

I added two white pieces of construction underneath the plants (I'm lacking printer paper) but I. Just left the foil on the inside of the lamp cause I have no other flat white paper at the moment but I do have a cfl an the bulb doesn't even get hot to the touch after 8 or so hours.

seriously dude if you want to ask questions its best not to ask on someones thread, you need to ask in the proper forum Vegetative Cycle or here Coco Growing
Dont panic they look ok to me. Looks a little dry soil to me but i dont grow in coco tbh, yellowing bottom leaves might be lacking in nutes maybe but im no expert.
