What reading do you get from the app I suggested. If I am reading 20,000 at plant level, what are you reading with that same app at plant level. This way we're comparing apples to apples and a "good app" won't make any difference.

And that'd under a MARS 600W (which model?). Is that the only light? What are the floor dimensions?

I can likely tell you if you've got enough lighting coverage if you give me the floor dimensions for those 9 plants and also the model of the MARS 600W you're running.

With that reflector and the two HPS lights, you're covered. Try moving plants a little until you get a consistent LUX reading across the entire canopy. You will be surprised how little light some plants are getting.

That's plenty of light for a 2mx2m space

They can be moved if I move them and yes it’s a 3 lane system

Now this part can only be done by experimentation. In order to position my lights correctly, I first measured LUX levels at each plant. I took note of the readings. Where I saw deficiencies in ligting coverage, I adjusted the lights making sure to not lower LUX readings significantly for adjacent plants. It's not perfect science, but its darn close.
