I’m currently growing grape smash strain
Ph at 5.5 to 6.8
Ppm 1500 to 2100
1000w led full spectrum panel
Growing in coco

Been recently seeing my plant leafs and stem turning dark I was told the plant flower is a deep purple to almost black but I don’t think this is the cause of my problems don’t think it’s genetics I’m thinking nitrogen buildup u guys have any answers to what’s happening

I did flush the plant just in case there was a build up

Good morning @Jaygrowing hope you are well my friend.
Coco has a couple parameters to follow.
Feed full strength nutrients every day at exactly 5.8 ph.
No plain water.
Always keep Coco wet , it can't dry out.
And put calmag in your mix first.
Let it sit 10 minutes then add your nutrients, finally set ph.
Are you following these rules?

Stay safe

Have not been following these rules

What rage do I keep my ppm or it doesn’t matter

I can't see the whole plant but she looks fairly mature.
With a good root structure I'd say between 700 -900 depending on a couple things.
But in that range will feed her nicely.

I wouldn’t worry much about ppm but would definitely focus on your pH being between 5.8-6.1.

That doesn’t look like straight coco. What exactly is your grow medium? Nute line and ratios?

The purple could be indicting a nute issue, cold environment, or just genetics.

U know I’m not too sure it was in indoor plant mix this is the only plant I’m growing in this medium. All of my other plants are in soil

Hiya - indoor plant mixes are very weak for the herb, you may need to add bottled nutes and/or CaMg if the mix contains a fair bit of coco

I am I’m currently using fox farms nutrition
That's good stuff, just follow their coco directions.

Edit: I'm assuming you're using the trio, Grow Big, Big bloom and Tiger Bloom. Though it doesn't look like you need it (yet), you might consider picking up some cal-mag (Fox Fram brand is Bush Doctor).

Yeah baby Beautiful. :thumb:
I'd be at least 900 in 00 water to start.
Make sure calmag first every time.
Wait 10 minutes then nutrients in order on schedule.
But she will chew threw 900 easy.
Nice work.

I see a lot of perlite is why I ask. Plant looks great. I bet when you get the pH right she’ll perk back up.

What’s your feed ratio and how soon do you water?

I normally check the weight of the pot and I’m using the trio by fox farms here’s the feeds chart I’m using
