New here, and need help with seedlings!

Hey there! I found this forum while trying to find answers about my seedlings, and it seems there is a wealth of information here!
I have read what i should supply when asking for help, but unfortunetly my setup doesnt include ph, humdity or temp right now.

So I planted 6 feminized Ethos seeds, Purple Sunset R2Bx seeds in soil blocks on March 13th. I germinated them for a few days and the tap roots looked healthy-transplanted with tweezers. They are in a grow tray with dome and heating mat underneath (VIVOSUN Durable Waterproof Seedling Heat Mat Warm Hydroponic Heating Pad 10" x 20.75").
They live in a VIVOSUN 30"x18"x36" Mylar Hydroponic Grow Tent with a VIVOSUN 300W LED Grow Light Full Spectrum on 18 hours and off for 6.
So 2 sprouted 3/15 and 2 on 3/16, i only have the first 2 left. Now one has yellow round leaves and the other is getting brown spots. I believe maybe the soil block was staying too saturated, also I'm using spring water instead of distilled. I am hopeful I am not too late to save these. Thank you for any words of wisdom!!

I chose the tray because I used one with clones before. Do you think the spring water is hurting them? I picked up solo cups and soil tonight actually.

Spring water or tap water is ok.I use regular potting soil for the first 3 weeks.Keep the light 24 inches high.Let the soil go dry before you water again even if it takes 3-5 days to dry out..

Update: 5 days later. Soil used holds water extremely well, ive only spritzed the tops. I stopped using the heat mat couple days ago, also set up carbon filter. Working on getting intake fan installed. Light is as high as I can get it.
The new growth looks great, stems are sturdy. Any suggestions or comments?

Watered the girls last night, also got my temp/hygrometer, it's 80.6F and 29%, doing some reading tells me I need a humidifier in there. Any other suggestions?

Okay, I'll trim back the dead ones, wasnt sure to do that to such a newbie plant lol. the stems are very sturdy, and the new growth seems healthy. Going to put a plate of water in and see if that helps the rh.

How long do you all suggest the tap root is before planting? Im going to avoid the tray approach this time, and go right to the solo cup. What brand soil should I look for??

The new seeds were planted on Saturday in some starter soil and they are doing amazing! They are doing so amazing, that i want to replant my originals in this soil. But I feel that if I replant them, they might be too young to survive, but their growth is stunted. should i get them out of the cubes and into the better soil?
A plate of water in the tent has rh to 40%

The light is 22 inches high which is as high as i can get it. I also have the light only set on veg I replanted the first two in the better soil, and they have small new growth. My week old sprouts are 3 times the size as my 3 week old sprouts! I hope they catch up!
When should i replant them and into what (5 gal)? Should the soil be different when I replant them?
I also have nutrients when should I start those?
