Name is Angelo just recently moved to mannheim Germany (ludwigshafen) and need some info on where to shop for some bud. Prices... laws... can anyone help a fellow smoker?

I'm slower than the average bear but I gotcha now but you know what a wise man once said some people feel old at 19 and others feel young at 90! However I don't know even know where to find anything so steamrollers bowls bongs papers are all empty for now. Tomorrow I'm gonna head out to the head shops and try my luck!
