Hi,
I started my first hydro grow on on October 28.
I had started some lettuce and spinach seeds on paper towels, then transferred the largest sprouts to 1" RW. I tucked them all into my Omega machine (one of the big, steel, older-style models).
Learning as I go - isn't that always the way? But lettuce and spinach are very forgiving. We've already had our first tiny salad (21 days in).
I would really like to communicate with others who are using an Omega machine.
Also, I suspect that I could do just as well with salad greens without the 3" rw required to fit the trays I have for the Omega. They used to make 1" trays, but no longer. If anyone had 1" trays to sell, I'm very interested.
