New so called Grower in need of some advice!

I seem to kill anything green on land! I am able to grow weed, just not the kind anyone wants!

I started a seed a 1.5 weeks ago. Started using rockwool pH at 5.5 using GH nut solution at 1/4 strength. The cube sits under a dome ( Temp 80F, Hum 82%) under a t5 bulb. All has been well up til yesterday morning when I watered with a solution of GH CALiMAGic 1/2 strength and 1 drop of superthrive in i gallon of RO water pH 5.8. This morning she was lumped over and the first set of true leaves are yellowing. WTF? Should I do an immediate flush of 5.8 RO water?

Sounds like it was too early for any nutes at all. And I wouldn't put a dome over a seedling. It might be damping off, which is bad
