Newb needs advice, with pics

My babes have been mistreated by me. I am not sure what is wrong or how to fix it.

Please give good advice.

Looks like nute burn and a magnesium deficiency. Flush, back off the nutes a little and get a bottle of cal/mag

These were so strange. I have them in roots organics soil and I am using RO water but I forgot the Cal.Mag a couple of times. I am also using AN iguana juice. I added the stuff at half strength and they showed signs that it was too weak so I used moe and this is what I have now.

It took me a while to gather this concept, but with growing marijuana, less is more. But this should be easy to correct, so make sure and let me know how it goes. Do you flush with tap or RO? And if you flush with RO do you add the Cal/Mag?

I'm not sure. I grow in straight perlite and have never had to flush. Hell, 5 plants and I've never had a deficiency or problem yet
