Newbie needs help with seedling question

My first time at this. I put my Kush seed in wet paper towel and in a baggie. I checked it after 48 hours and the seed had just cracked open and the shoot was just barely coming out. Like maybe one millimeter. So I put it back in the towel and baggie and checked it again after one more day. It has not grown any in the last 24 hours. So after 3 days the shoot is just barely out. Is this unusual? Any thoughts or suggestions?

Not normal did you wash your hands? I get new paper towell and dilute some h2o2 and soak papertowel in that ring out real goog and even new ziplock

Oh yeah I'd put it on top of fridge to keep it warm
