From the looks of how far he is, if you have females you should end up with a few seeds as well.

Thats a nice looking male, healthy with plenty of clusters, carrying loads of sacs.

Is the plant good for anything? I read, somewhere, that male plants should be destroyed immediately???? Kind of a waste, IMHO; but what do I know?

It's hemp... make what you want out of it.

If you hang the whole plant upside down and start stripping the outer fibers off of the stem then you essentially get naturally strong string. Then you can make what you want out of the harvested string.

I'm sure there are more things you can do with males but I suggest if you don't want any pollination that you cut the flowering parts off first and discard them.

Males can still make edibles (all be it weaker).

Or you can use them to pollinate your female plants for hundreds of seeds
