Niacin help please?

I don't smoke on the regular, but I did smoke weed on November 2nd and than again on November 6th. (Haven't smoked since) I have a urine drug test this Thursday. I'm tall, and if you were to look at me you wouldn't think that I am 230lbs but I am. I am not that active either. So Will that effect anything??) I'm planning to drink water all day tomorrow. I also drank a whole big bottle of cranberry juice and another tomorrow. I took 500 mg of Niacin at 9:15pm today and I was wondering will I be okay for my drug test on Thursday? What should I do?

If thats all you've smoked in the last month then you should be fine with just diluting the morning of the test.
Drink 36 ounces of gatorade the morning of the test
Pee 3 or 4 times before the test
When taking the test
Pee a little in the toilet first
Pee 2 ounces in the collection cup
Pee the rest in the toilet.
