no root growth

ok so heres the story,
i cut 10 clones a while back, and most rooted in rapid rooters and were put in milk gallons cut in half, they were under just 1 26 watt cfl for about 2-3 weeks till i had my hps avail.

so today 4 weeks and 2 weeks under my hps they havent been growing at all! so i pulled the clones and to my surprise the dang roots havent grown at all literally what caused this too happen??

Need more info. What type of media did u transplant to? 1st off, did you c any roots coming out of the rapid rooter plug b4 u transplanted? If so, were there many? When U pulled them what color were the roots?

I TRANSPLANTED TO FFOF SRRY CAPS
there was a decents amonunt of noticeable roots,
its hard to say what color they were seing as it was soild and that turns everything somewhat brown

New roots or roots in general should be white and develop smaller, fine root hairs, If they were brown when u saw them last that means u started with root rot. Walk me thru ur transplant process. Had u ever cloned prior to this? If so how many cuts? How many stuck? What type of rooting hormone u using?
