No signs 14 days?

First grow back after a nine year break. As far as lighting goes a lot has change. I just stuck with what I knew as far as my T12 veg lights. I am on the negative budget system as of now so I am borrowing a Mars 300 led from a buddy of mine. Ppm good. Ph good. And the plant looks healthy as fuck. But I am at 14 days and not seeing any signs of flower. The strain is black sugar rose. I got the clones from a friend and know the power and the quality of the geno. Any input

Ya work with what ya got. It is my full intent just t go back to 1000 wt hps. I think I have 60 bucks invested in this. I will tighten it up when the funds come available. But for now this’ll do.

Like I said, i can legally do it now. And even tho I can’t really afford to do it. I’m doing it. It is something that clears my mind.
