Non-motorized track for lights

Hello! I'm looking for some heavy duty tracks that I can put my lights on so I can manually move them back and forth. I don't want anything motorized - I'm just looking for something that I can move the lights back and forth by hand when I want (obviously, moving them will not be a daily thing). My lights weigh about 50 lbs so they need to be pretty heavy duty.

Can anyone give me recommendations on where I can find tracks like the above? Thanks!

No need to move them around, just rotate the plants as needed every few days turn them.

Lots of manual work just to move 50lb lights no?

You may be looking for Strut Channel from a plumbing supplier or similar.
Eye bolts and 1 inch washers will support that weight and can be moved along in the track.
Having two struts side by side will prevent lights wanting to turn or spin around.
