Not sure what problem is need help

I need help diagnosing a issue in my ten with few seedling
I'm using led lights 18 hours on 6 off about 2 feet maybe more from the plants keep it between 90-80 degrees good humidity as I have domed them with plastic sandwich bags they are in just regular potting soil

Check your water pH and what soil is that??

2 possible issues

Water pH off a lot and/or the soil is too hot (too much fertilizer) for seedlings.

I usually grow my seedlings in old soil without a lot of nutrients and start them in peat pellets. They don't need fertilizer at this stage because of cotyledons supply the nutrients for the first few weeks.

Ok I feared that it might be the soil I used miracle grow potting g soil now before everyone gets on my neck this was just a different run I'm trying out with some free seeds my ph is 6.3 so I don't think that's it but I'm let my solid dry out a little bit maybe just use some RO

90 is too warm and under a plastic bag they are probably cooking in high humidity. cut some plastic from a bag and cover the soil so it stays moist in early germination, cut a hole in the center for the seedling to grow through.
