6 1/2 weeks ago I germinated 15 seeds a friend gave to me. I figured once I sexed them I would have about 7 or 8 females. I am growing in a 4 x 4 grow room and I figured I could get away with about 9 plants during flowering. The problem(well a good problem I guess) is that 12 (possibly 13) of them are females! Now my space is overcrowded since some of the plants are now 4 feet tall.
I took my best female for my mother plant, but I still will have either 11 or 12 females. I was thinking about taking half of them and flowering them under 4 T12 flourescents in another room. Do you think this is a good idea to avoid overcrowding. I feel that if I leave all of them in the 4x4 space they will not do so well since I am only using a 400 watt HPS bulb. Or do you think it will be ok with 11 or 12 huge plants under one 400 watt in a 4x4 space.
