Nutes Burn?

Hi Guys,

This is my first grow and seeing the first symptoms problems.

Grow Area: Height 2m - Width - 1m - Depth 1m
Lighting: 400W 16/8
Grow Base - Hydro
Watering - 3 times a day - Nutes Advance Nutrient/ Sensi Grow A/B - B-52 - Senziym - Tarantula

POTTING DATE - 8th October + Watered
Todays date - 22nd Ocotber and yelowing on the tips are presents.

Can somebody Help Me ??
