Nutrient deficiency?

Growing in coco coir & perlite. I use Blue planet nutes and am running the same system for a couple of years.
Plants developed these spots but it hasn't affected cloning or development. Harvest is business as usual with
no noticeable differences but something is wrong and i cant seem to identify it

looks a bit like mite damage or thrips, look under the leaves , check really carefully

Thrips. feel pretty damn stupid trying to treat for something it wasn't. Thanks for the reply's
