Nutrient lockdown?

This is my previous meter which is currently reading 430 ppm and the new one reads 350
Soil is more of an art form.... but the end product is well worth the time and effort.

All cannabis will do better in organic soil. 420% on that.

Soil - been here for a few BILLION years plants 300 million.... mother nature forever.

Hydroponics - been around since the 1970s.
Chemical Fertilizers - since the late 1800s
but life started in water, right?

Thanks, I meant is it the same as azamax. I read the neem oil doesn't mix with water so should be added to insecticidal soap first and used together.

I know my hydro store really likes the dr. Doom fogger. Perhaps the smell of neem is the reason for this. I'll suffer through the stink for a short time if it gets rid of these damaging pests.

I am hoping for something more effective and available in canada. I heard great things about brands I cant get.

Is treatment in soil different from hydroponic?
Neem is an oil... if you're using neem oil. Can actually use neem cake and make a tea but thats another story.

With neem oil you need to add a few drops of soap. Insecticidal soap or a few drops of dish soap (I use dr bronners all natural no smell liquid soap) so the oil blends with water better. Shake and spray.

The mite stuff from SNS works as well its some sort of oil mixture.

Yeah the neem oil I bought is 70%neem oil and 30% other stuff including insecticidal soap. I use this stuff religiously in veg and I use the azamax if mites pop up on flowering plants. This is the stuff I found...

Well, my hydro store is no longer aloud to sell neem oil products. It seems you can eat it but not spray on plants. Not sure why.
What they did have, was mite eating bugs. I am going to give this a try. Apparently they eat the eggs and larva as well. When they are out of mites to eat, they die. Sounds brilliant! Anyone have experience with this?

Absolutely! I'm 100%with that!

That will work for sure.

Another product I use weekly is spinosad. Google it. Get the comcentrate its organic. Good for use in flower. If they are spider mites and I'd check to be sure they are kinda small to see in a camera pic you need to treat the plants 2-3 times a week for 3 weeks they have several life cycles.

They dont come from organic nutrients more likely to come from you bringing them into your flower space on your clothing etc.

Look up "ipm" = integrated pest management

This will be a thing for you if you dont get on it and stay on it.

Sulfur vapor is best thing in veg but costy to start.

I'm a week in now to using the IPM method. I thought being hydroponic, the room would be humid enough. It seems I may have been wrong. Room was sitting around 47%. I had a quick peek with microscope and still spotted mites but wasn't able to find the predators. I added 3 buckets of water now in Hope's that I can still revive the good mites. I have a humidifier arriving tomorrow.
Am I too late? Do i need to buy more bugs?

I took the humidifier out of the building, never see a problem with low humidity. There is a little humidity coming from the basket but it doesn’t go far in hydro.
Can we get some pics , it would help .

Its really just for the mite eating mites that I want to bring up the humidity. I'm told the spotted mites prefer dry and hot, while their predators prefer higher humidity. I'm having trouble finding evidence of the persimilis alive but see plenty of evidence of the spotted mites moving around. This is my first time using this method so maybe don't know what to look for but I the insert said 55 to 65 % humidity is best.
