What kind of nutrients should I use for a hydroponic system? It will be my first grow in it.Also can I put my current plants in it .that will be about 10" two 12" tall I'm guessing. Give or take a inch or so... Thank you all for your wisdom and guidance without all of you I would be so lost.

I am a fan of General Hydroponics line up, it is also the only nutrient line up I have used. Other then one bottle of Botanicare Cal/Mag and 1/8th of a bottle of Snow Storm Ultra(for flower).

Most of the principles that apply to soil fertilizers also apply to hydroponic fertilizers, or nutrient solutions. A hydroponic nutrient solution contains all the elements that the plant normally would get from the soil.
