Officers Serve Search Warrant On Medical Marijuana Club

Officers served a search warrant on a medical marijuana club near 32nd St and Bell Wednesday afternoon.

Last week, the first medical marijuana dispensary opened in Glendale -- which means anyone who lives within a 25-mile radius of that dispensary can no longer grow their own pot.

The business is a caregiver club, which means they may have been growing pot for patients. That would no longer be legal.

Phoenix Police Sergeant Trent Crump said the search warrant was for sale of marijuana and operating as a dispensary.

"Complaints about this operation came from the surrounding community," he said.

Charges are not expected until Thursday.

Fuck you az and fuck you dispensary.. Listen up glendale.. Demand the feds close the dispensary. Stake it out, report any infraction, no tp, dr on lunch break and still serving patients, hopefully no patients but still, demand the report on all product from labs, demand background checks on all employees even growers etc. Protest, offer would be patients with alternatives including low cost meds from neighboring areas.. Shut these bastards down til they fight for the 25 mile rule to be removed or remove them.
DONT WAIT FOR SOMEONE ELSE TO DO IT FOR IYOU, DO IT OR YOU WILL BE SORRY
SO FAR YOU ALL SEEM TO PROVING TO BE JUST WHAT THESE DISPENSARIES COUNTED ON. LAZY STONERS..WAKE UP
